The apartment is located in a unique area just opposite the Acropolis monument with a stunning view of it from the roof top in the third floor of the building you can access with the elevator.
The roof top is for shared use but the building is small with only 3 more apartments for Greek families so it is almost private.
Acropolis museum and the Metro is 6 minutes away and the Plaka area is 10 minutes walk away.

Although the location was great the bedding and towels were old and low quality. I had to request pillow cases for the extra pillows and we needed more sheets. The blankets were old and worn. I had to pay an extra fee for 2 more guests even though Marriott did not request this. The view was excellent on the patio but the furniture was old and not clean.

Very friendly host guided us in. Apartment lovely, well kept and stocked with a great welcome pack but the view from the terrace was spectacular...best in Athens? Just mesmerising. And a perfect base from which to explore the city -away from the crowds but minutes walk to all the key sites. Wonderful.

Great location, roomy apartment Ground floor 1 bedroom apartment close to acropolis. Full kitchen. 4th floor shared roof deck was incredible. Queen bed in bedroom was comfy, living room queen was a bit soft. Couches were ok for kids, but a bit worn. No hot water wasn't a big deal. Could use new sheets and pillows and some upgrading. A great central location for seeing Athens.
