This property offers everything you could want during your stay and it's within walking distance to all of Cardiff's popular attractions including Cardiff Castle, Stadiums and shops. This is a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people due to the sofa bed in the lounge.
There is a separate bedroom with spacious wardrobe, bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining/living room! There is also a small outside balcony! Guest access Guests will have full private access to the property. Other things to note Our check in time is after 3pm. Check out is before 11am. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Supermarkets Tesco 78-79 Tredegar St, St Davids Centre. Local Restaurants Every kind of restaurant available in the City Centre of Cardiff Local Attractions Cardiff Castle Trains Cardiff Central Station is 5 minutes walk Buses Cardiff Central Bus Station Key Selling Points Converted historic building in City Centre with Balcony. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
