The studio is located in an apartment house, was renovated in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home area. Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: parasol, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and courtyard.
