Located in Saint Gervais, the holiday apartment Ferme de Faustine 1 - Pool offers you stunning mountain views.
The 60 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, and a TV.
A baby cot and high chair are also available.
You'll find both a classic coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, as well as a raclette grill and fondue set (fuel required).
A shared outdoor area with garden, barbecue, and playground is at your disposal.
A large open terrace is accessible in summer.
The apartment also offers a heated indoor pool, open year-round from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., shared with the other apartment in the building and the owner.
The property is ideally located 3 km from the ski lifts, with many hiking trails starting directly from the farm.
Two parking spaces are available on site.
Please note that your own vehicle is required to access the property and surrounding area.
Families with children are welcome.

Bel espace mais c’est vieillot. Il faudrait un rafraîchissement. Le ménage laisse à désirer, manque de propreté. Tout est vieux. Beaucoup trop d’humidité. La location est trop chère. Dommage pas pris de photos
