Located in Saint Gervais, the holiday apartment Ferme de Faustine 1 - Pool offers travelers stunning mountain views.
The 60 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are also provided.
There is a classic coffee maker and a Nespresso machine, as well as a raclette grill and fondue set (please bring gel fuel). The apartment is part of a renovated farmhouse with 3 units, including the owners’ residence upstairs. A shared outdoor area with garden, barbecue, and playground is at your disposal.
A large open terrace is accessible in summer.
The apartment also features a heated indoor pool available year-round between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., shared with the other apartment and the owner. The property is ideally located 3 km from the ski lifts, with many hiking trails starting directly from the farmhouse.
Two parking spaces are available on site.
You will need your own vehicle to access the property and surrounding area.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available.
Parties are not permitted.
The interior has no steps.
Towels and bed linens are included.

Nous avions réservé les 2 appartements. Nous étions 5 accompagnés de notre petite chienne.
L'ensemble est très spacieux, propre et très bien équipé.
Émilie est très souriante, aimable et réponds très vite.
Séjour parfait, nous ne pouvons que recommander.

Les balades magnifiques tout près du gîte.
On finit les journées dans la piscine.

Bel espace mais c’est vieillot. Il faudrait un rafraîchissement. Le ménage laisse à désirer, manque de propreté. Tout est vieux. Beaucoup trop d’humidité. La location est trop chère. Dommage pas pris de photos
