Nice and cozy apartment of 35 sqm, ideal for 2 people, located on the first floor of a renovated period building (not equipped with lift). The flat is located in very central position, just 200 meters from Piazza Navona and a few steps from other points of interest such as the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain and Via del Corso, and consists of a kitchenette, living/sleeping area and bathroom. It is located in the ZTL, but it is possible to park for a fee a short distance away on the Lungotevere.


The apartment is located in a building without a lift: therefore, it is necessary to go up a flight of spiral stairs to access it. There are also three steps to access the flat, a step to access the living/sleeping area and one to the bathroom.


The internal space is organized as follows
- LITTLE KITCHEN of 2sqm equipped with two glass ceramic hobs, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, combined microwave oven, toaster and various kitchen utensils;

- LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with double bed (1.60m x 2.00m), wardrobe, dining table and smart TV;

- BATHROOM with shower box, bidet and WC.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning with heat pump in the room, fan heater in the bathroom, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and soundproof windows.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.


In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located in the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). Street parking is available for a fee (not bookable); alternatively, It is possible to park in various garages around the property.
