La copropriété avec son magnifique jardin, et la proximité du centre de Menton.
Etant donné le prix du ménage, on s'attend à avoir un logement impeccablement propre, or ce n'est pas le cas.
Par exemple la paroi de la douche n'est pas nettoyée, les meubles de cuisine notamment sous l'évier sont sales.
D'autre part les équipements pour cuisiner sont insuffisants. par exemple, pa...

Propreté à améliorer (manque de netteté), ustensiles de cuisine limités (sachant que l'appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes), pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain, pas d'emplacement parking "handicapés". Sinon très bonne location.
Retour dans les années 1900 !

Magnifique bâtiment chargé d'Histoire
Manque de confort, insonorité des lieux, équipement de qualité médiocre (accessoires de cuisine, mobilier). Communication moyenne avec la personne en charge de remettre les clés (manque de clarté dans les instructions).
