Comfortable apartment located on the fifth floor WITHOUT lift.
It comfortably accommodates 2 people in 60 square meters of space with a double bedroom.
Located in the oldest and most characteristic heart of the historic center of Rome, overlooking a semi-pedestrian street, less than 300 meters from Piazza Navona, Montecitorio and the Ara pacis.
Crossing the bridge over the Tiber, in a few minutes you will be in Castel Sant'Angelo and then in Via della Conciliazione and Piazza San Pietro.
The internal space is divided as follows:
KITCHEN: fridge, freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and moka coffee maker.
LIVING ROOM: two-seater sofa, dining table with chairs, TV and desk.
BEDROOM: double bed (two singles joined together), two-seater sofa, desk and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: WIFI, iron and ironing board.
Heating with electric heaters and fan heaters.
Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

From here it is possible to take public transportation line 40 / 64 to "Argentina" stop, a 9-minute walk from the apartment. From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Train Station by regional train or by shuttle bus service.

Amazing location in the center of Rome. Apartment is in old building so vintage vibes is a plus, but some outdated furniture needs replacement. no wifi, tv was not working properly, it was really scary to accidently touch mirror or shelf in the bathroom, because they barely holding on. The property is on the 5th floor and there is no lift available.
