In 80 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people with two bedrooms.
It is located in the famous Trastevere district, in that portion known as Porta Portese, where the largest and most famous market in Rome is set up on Sundays. Just a stone's throw from Trastevere and Testaccio, the most beautiful and characteristic areas of the capital.
The internal space is divided as follows
LIVING ROOM: two-seater sofa, armchair, TV and dining table with chairs.
KITCHEN: hob, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, traditional and microwave oven, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, moka coffee maker and utensils.
BEDROOM 1: double bed, wardrobe, mirror and bedside table with lamp.
BEDROOM 2: two single beds and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
Centralized warming.
ATTENTION: We inform you that every Sunday the Market is present, for this reason we recommend not to park on the dedicated street in the night between Saturday and Sunday
-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment with the regional train to Rome Trastevere. From here, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in around 12 minutes.
-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the shuttle bus service. From here you take the regional train to Rome Trastevere and then continue on foot in about 12 minutes.
-From Rome Termini station it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train to Rome Trastevere. From here, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in around 12 minutes.
The building is located outside the ZTL.
Paid parking nearby
- Porta Portese garage, Via Portuense 102, the rate is 4 euros per hour / 15 euros per day
- Supergarage Valente, Via Panfilo Castaldi 25, the rate is 3 euros per hour / 20 euros per day
The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 2 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you 2 days before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment at a maximum of a 10-minute walk. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point.
In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.
NB: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.
