The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 2016 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to its sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Fažana. The holiday apartement is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to end of September, 4 m x 6 m, depth 1,50 m).
