Fence height to the street 2 metres. The 70 m² house stands on an 800 m² plot in Leányfalu (Girls’ Village), 25 km from the Hungarian capital Budapest. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
