The holiday home is a semi-detached house and is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. 4 sun loungers. The holiday home BAL MAR 146 (for 8 people) is located in the other semi-detached house.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning. Heating with gas convector on request. The air conditioning unit is located upstairs in a bedroom. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, can be heated, 4 m x 7 m, 1.2 m deep). Pool is for shared use with BAL MAR 146. Pool heating with solar collector.
Dogs

Shopping 300 m, restaurant 250 m, town centre 2.5 km. In summer: Lake Balaton 250 m in Balatonmáriafürdő (beach 2.5 km in Balatonmáriafürdő).

Upper Floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed. Bathroom with shower facilities, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
