The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1977, was renovated in 2012 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a holiday home area, in the town centre. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and campfire site.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The accommodation is located in Balatonfenyves, 35 km from Thermal Lake Hévíz, 30 km from Festetics Castle and 39 km from Buffalo Reserve. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
