The detached holiday home built in 2000, was renovated in 2021 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and campfire site.

Badacsony. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. BAL BAD 023 is located on the ground floor. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property.

air conditioning, central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN), Wii, iron, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detector.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid June to mid September, 4 m x 7 m, depth 1.5 m).
