The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1998, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, pavilion and garden furniture.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. owner has an own dog Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.

air conditioning, central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. Stations in different languages.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detector and fire extinguisher.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from end of April to end of September, 3.6 m x 6.5 m, depth 1.4 m).
