The detached holiday home, built in 1995, is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. On the neighbouring plot, there are 3 identical holiday objects BAL FEN 030 (3 persons). The object is under renovation, new photos expected by the end of March 2019. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Es war alles perfekt, saubere Unterkunft, sehr ruhige Lage ideal für Familien mit kleinem Kind. Unsere Vermieter sind auch Herzensgut und waren immer für Fragen und nen kleinen Smalltalk offen. Kommen sehr gerne wieder hierher.
