The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to mid-September, 4 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep).
