The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2000, was renovated in 2020, and is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, pavilion, and garden furniture.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, 4 m x 7 m, 1.5 m deep).

Bedroom with 1 double bed and with its own shower / toilet. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs) and with their own shower / toilet. Kitchenette with electric hob (2 rings), refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and it opens from the bedroom.
