The detached holiday home is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture. 3 sun loungers for shared use.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm garden plot with meadow. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
