The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, terrace, and garden furniture. 3 deck chairs for shared use.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is situated on a 300 sqm garden plot with a lawn. The landlord only occasionally lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a path (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and smoke detectors.
