The detached holiday home built in 2010 and is furnished in a typical country style. Also due to its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Balatonszárszó. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The FerienHaus is located on the area of the free beach. Dogs are unfortunately not allowed on the free beach. The dog can only stay unleashed in the house or on the closed terrace Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
Special
air conditioning. A pellet stove is available on cool days. The costs depend on the current price of the pellets. Facilities: baby cot. TV reception takes place via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detector.
Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Living/bedroom with 1 additional bed on double sofa bed.
