The studio is located in an apartment house and is furnished in a modern style. Also due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Object is suitable for adults. Does not take small children.

Benecko, 782 m above sea level. The studio is located on a open garden plot. The Holiday Flats CSR RIG 482 (4 persons), CSR RIG 483 (4 persons), CSR RIG 484 (2 persons) and CSR RIG 485 (4 persons) are in the same house. The apartment house Claus is located near the town center and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Access is via a path (asphalted). Snow chains are mandatory in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.

central heating. TV reception takes place via satellite.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid June to mid September, salt water, 3.5 m x 7 m, depth 1,5 m).

Very good hiking and cycling conditions in the area. Bicycle rental in the house. In winter: Ski lift 400 m in Benecko. Ski area 22 km in Spindleruv Mlyn (Spindleruv Mlyn). ski rental, ski school each 400 m in Benecko. sledge slope in Spindleruv Mlyn 22 km. Cross-country skiing on site.
