The detached holiday home is functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location on the edge of the forest. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site. Dogs are only permitted on the ground floor of the house and are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the beds. In the event of furniture damage caused by dogs, the costs must be borne by the tenants. Please bring your own dog bed or basket. Badminton.

Katlov, 480 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Holiday home area Katlov. The small holiday house is located in a quiet recreational area by a bathing pond as well as a tennis court. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking in a garage and on the property.

Electric heating. Children's toys, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to mid-September, diameter 2.5 m, 0.9 m deep). Pool available from June to mid-September, depending on the weather.
