The apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator in a house built in 1910 in the historical center of Kyiv, a 2-minute walk from the Golden Gate Metro Station and the Golden Gate Architectural Monument of 1037 built. The apartment is a very comfortable, bright, spacious apartment with high ceilings, measuring 60 square meters. Very bright living room and separate bedroom with thick curtains. Suitable for both tourist and business trips. Equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Possible accommodation from 2 to 4 people. Each room has air conditioning, TV, free wifi, TV in every room, air conditioning, washing machine, iron, and clothes dryer. Both rooms have spacious lockers for things. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the city.
The apartment is located in the center of Kiev. Near to the apartment is located all main attractions: main street Khreschatyk, Golden Gates and station metro Teatralna, Opera house and other
-To arrange an early check-in (8:00 am) or late check-out (until 18:00), please verify the possibility of providing this service, contacting the owner via the tab "Ask owner". Early check-in and late check-out are additional services, which is 1/2 of the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours before the day of arrival.
-All our services in Kyiv: additional cleaning, rent of the additional apartment, prolongation of apartment, transfers and etc you can pay by credit card.
-Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.
To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recommend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.
