Sligo Sea Barn is a new, modern, Failte Ireland approved group accommodation.
Located on the Wild Atlantic Way in Sligo, Ireland.
You are spoiled for choice with beaches and unforgettable loop walks.
The curved roof hay barn and cow byres, once home to our dairy cows, calves, and hay, has been lovingly refurbished giving guests the unique feeling of being immersed on a farm.
Peace, comfort and beauty surround you in a very special location.
Your bedrooms are en-suite with VOYA organic seaweed products, bathrobes, and slippers complimentary.
Sligo Sea Barn can sleep up to 17 guests.
Bedrooms open out to your private patio area with reclining deck chairs and tables.
Heat recovery ventilation system ensures continued fresh air.
Underfloor heating can be individually controlled in each room.
USB points, Fibre broadband and Satellite TV are standard.
For those who love to cook, your semi-commercial kitchen has 4 NEFF ovens (one steam) and 5- ring gas hob.
Catering services are available if you prefer to relax and be waited on.
Additional kitchen supplies/equipment include 2 sinks, larder fridge, 70/30 fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking accessories.
Local produce available on request.
We will order what you need (e.g. lobster, bacon/rasher, brown bread, vegetables, or burgers) with a little notice.
For those who like the outdoors, a large BBQ and picnic area is provided adjacent to your private path to the sea.
An industrial washing machine and dryer are located adjacent to the barn.
We offer a free laundry service as well.
The main dining area (the 'old hay barn' with it's curved roof) provides a unique dining experience.
The old handmade dresser provides additional storage and worktop space.
The dresser is also home to our wireless projector with speakers.
All can be operated from your phone.
The projector can be used for meetings, music and large screen movies.
Beach walks can be enjoyed from your own private path to the sea.
Listen for the sounds of trickling water, lapping waves, and magical noises unannounced from the sky! This enchanting area, near Lissadell (5km), is steeped in history and mythology and well described by W.B.

Our cows and calves are often outside your window! These suites have a super king and double bed with King Coil mattresses.
Handmade runners adorn these glorious suites.
Comfortable seating, soundproofing, and large outdoor patio areas compliment the suites.
Two additional bedrooms (one with king size bed and other with super king bed) are west-facing and the sixth single bedroom faces east.

We had the most magical family break in the fabulous Sligo Sea Barn. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the lovely, welcoming Mary & Des to our departure, we had a really blissful stay. The Barn is even more spectacular than the photos. We all loved it. The location is perfect and what views!! We will be back.
