You will find 4 spacious double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. In the well-equipped kitchen you will find a refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is also conveniently located on this floor. From the comfortable living room with dining set you have a wonderful view over the Mediterranean. The villa has terraces all around which also provide a splendid view over the pool and the sea.

On the ground floor you will find a separate laundry room with washing machine. This floor also houses a fully equipped apartment with 3 bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen, bathroom and living-dining-area. In combination with the downstairs apartment the villa offers room for 14 persons. This villa is very well suited for 2 families.
