This lovely two bedroom sea view Villa sits elevated in its private garden with lovely sea views as well as Mt Aenos in the distance.
The compact layout of the Villa is ideal for couples with a large covered balcony that overlooks the huge garden and massive pool at the far end. Tall mature trees & shrubs surround the lawns, so uninterrupted privacy is assured.
Villa Neptune is well equipped and furnished with a comfortable sofa in the living area and a well organised kitchen, perfect for those evenings in which you can watch the evening sky as well as the lights twinkling in the distance from the villages dotted along the coast of Kefalonia. Location, Spartia One of an exclusive group of Villas each set privately in its own gardens, occupying the Liakias peninsular and a few kilometers from tiny Spartia village.
A short walk down the hill takes you to an interesting rock formation with a platform lapped by the sea. There's a sandy beach just a 5min drive away, above which The Waterways Taverna entices boat owners to tie up at the small jetty below. Spartia's maze-like narrow roads all lead to the village centre, where there are two mini markets and a couple of tavernas.
For more choice, the lovely town of Argostoli is just a 20min drive away. Outside Villa Neptune Swimming Pool - Kidney shaped 9m x 6m private pool with Roman step entry, Pool depths 1.30m -1.85m.
