Protaras Holiday Green Bay Villa is a spacious detached 3-bedroom villa with a beautiful patio and just 5 minute's walk from the picturesquel Green Bay Beach with crystal clear blue waters and white sand.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, air-condition throughout, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV with a a full range of English, Russian and some European channels.
The first floor features two bedrooms with a double bed each, a third bedroom with with two bunk beds and a two bathroom with shower enclosure.
The garden area is spacious with a mature garden, pergolas, bougainvelia trees and BBQ.
Overall Green Bay Villa is ideal for a family holiday.
Protaras Holiday Villa PRGB2 Green Bay Villa is located in one of the best locations of Protaras, Green Bay, just 5 minutes' walk to the Beach. Central Protaras is about 1.3km away and within a 1km radius from the villa you will find restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beach and much more.
Protaras year on year is increasing in popularity and is quickly becoming the most popular destination for family vacations. The beaches are excellent, the nightlife is great and the value for the level of accommodation is even better. Protaras is fantastic for everyone!
The nearest beach is Green Bay and a bit further down is Vyzakia Beach both with white sand and crystal clear blue waters.
