In the Soa Valley there is a renovated house with typical architecture of the local settlements.
On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and a dining room with access to a smaller garden, which is partially shaded by a pergola.
Underneath there is a larger table and garden furniture as well as a practical barbecue for preparing meals.
The garden also has a hot tub and a smaller relaxation area.
The sauna is directly connected to the smaller bathroom with access to the garden.
Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a high ceiling and magnificent views of the surrounding hills.
The house is ideal for families and anyone looking for an active holiday, as there is a wide range of attractive adrenaline and sports facilities nearby.
There are children's playgrounds for all the villagers just 30 metres from the house.
Nearby are the Tolmin gorges, which are the lowest and probably the most beautiful entry point to the Triglav National Park.
Tolminka is a beautiful and lively river of intense blue colour, which flows into the emerald green beauty - the Soa - in Tolmin.
The Soa River and the Tolminka River, both in the immediate vicinity, offer a wealth of activities such as rafting, kayaking, canoeing, river fishing and emerald water swimming.

Hatten eine wundervolle Wochezu dritt. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauna und der Hot Tub, der bei warmen Wetter gut als mini Planschbecken funktioniert.Schöne ruhige Lage.In der Nähe an der Soca kann man auch herrlich baden.Tolminka, Soca und Idrijca wurden erfolgreich mit der Fliege befischt.Wandern kann man hier überall.Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Sauna top. Was etwas schade ist das im unteren Bereich leider kein kleines Sofa ist für den Fernseher. Irgendwann wurde es auf den Stühlen unbequem. Aber da man den ganzen Tag unterwegs war benötigt man nicht immer den TV wäre aber bequemer gewesen. Ansonsten ein top Haus.
