In a quiet location in Santa Eulalia del Rio, Villa Can Caseres is divided into two houses: one with 3 bedrooms for 6 people and another with 4 bedrooms for 8 people.
This charming accommodation, featuring well-preserved wooden ceilings and stone walls, is ideal for holidays with friends or the whole family.
The property includes 2 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and 5 bathrooms (3 of them en suite), comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, 2 baby beds, and 2 highchairs.
Outside, a beautiful 63 m² saltwater pool invites you to cool off after sunbathing.
You can enjoy meals at the long table on the patio, which is beautifully illuminated in the evening, or simply relax in the holiday atmosphere created by the Mediterranean plants.
The large garden with fruit trees and a wide lawn offers plenty of space to unwind, and there are soccer goals, a basketball court, a tennis court, and a ping-pong table for sporting activities.
A bar, a restaurant, and a supermarket are just 650 meters or an 8-minute walk from the accommodation, and Cala Pada beach is only 2.3 km away, offering a fantastic spot for beachgoers.
Diving and snorkeling courses are also available for an extra fee. Parking spaces are available on the property.

Fantastic villa with 2 houses and a pool.
The landlord is very nice.
There is a great local steak restaurant (Cas Pages), where we had a nice lunch, very close to the villa.
