Villa Illiogenniti is a spacious and filled with sunlight property.
It consists of two floors which are connected by an internal staircase: - the first floor has a living room, kitchen area, one bedroom (with double bed) and a bathroom - the second floor has two bedrooms (both with double beds) and another bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, as following: Master bedroom: double bed 2nd bedroom: double bed 3rd bedroom: double bed Living room: Folding guest bed Guest Access: Villa Iliogenniti is equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • Fly screens • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Coffee machine, Kettle • Hair dryer • Fresh bed linen and towels It is surrounded by spacious balconies and a beautiful garden, with shaded outdoor lounging and dining areas available for the exclusive use of the villa's guests. Interaction with guests: We totally respect our guest’ privacy.
That being said, we will be available for assistance 24/7 and always willing to give you any information, hints and tips about Zakynthos.
On arrival, we will explain some important tips to you, provide you with a map of Zakynthos and listen to any questions you may have. Info about the neighbourhood: Villa Iliogenniti is situated in a quiet part of Kalamaki area, just a few minutes drive to the best beaches of the island, to Zante town and to the popular bars/nightclubs & restaurants of Kalamaki & Laganas area. Getting around: Public transport is generally not very good in Zakynthos, so it is absolutely recommended to rent a car (at least for a few days). This will enable you to fully explore the best spots of the island! We can arrange a car rental for you and have it delivered either at the airport or the house for your convenience. Free private parking is available at the villa, so finding a parking space is not an issue. "flexible" Check-in/-out time: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the property will usually be ready by noon or 1pm at the very latest.
If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay at the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

This villa is perfectly located between locals, absolutely quiet and incredibly comfortable. Very close to the nicest sandy beaches and as well to the town Zakynthos.
