Complemented with under floor heating, the interior offers a cosy and inviting place to stay in any season, and has been furnished with both style and comfort in mind. The spacious open plan living area offers a fabulous setting in which guests can come together to eat, relax and socialize.
A chic sitting area is equipped with a flat screen TV for guest’s enjoyment. French doors lead directly out onto a spectacular large sunny lake view terrace with its own private unheated swimming pool (OPENING 1st JUNE) and extensive gardens providing an added touch of luxury for guests of all ages.
Complemented with stylish outdoor furniture this chic space is a great place to relax, dine alfresco and enjoy the stunning views. A contemporary fitted kitchen is fully-equipped to answer all your needs, and is provided alongside a stylish dining area which boasts splendid lake views from its large picture window. Upstairs the boutique-style interior continues to the two spacious bedrooms.
Boasting a high beamed ceiling, the master bedroom suite enjoys a romantic ambience ideal for enjoying a tempting lie-in. With beautiful lake views to serve as an idyllic back drop, the room also offers couples direct access to the sunny balcony terrace and to a contemporary fitted en-suite shower room. The second bedroom to the first floor also benefits from lake views and balcony access, for a restful and memorable setting in which to unwind.
Furnished with a twin set of single beds, the room offers a flexible arrangement for additional guests or for a second couple, as the beds may be joined. A stylish room to the lower ground level continues the modern contemporary theme providing additional flexibility for sleeping or relaxing with a double sofa bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The villa has private parking. The hillside village of Plesio offers a host of useful amenities and is within enviable reach of Menaggio, less than 10 minute’s drive away! The picturesque resort town offers an idyllic setting in which to enjoy a morning cappuccino, romantic evening meal, a relaxed day at the Lido or an action-packed day of water sports, boat hire, kayaking, hiking, golf and tennis. A frequent car and passenger ferry service from Menaggio conveniently runs between the famous ‘Golden Triangle’ towns of Bellagio and Varenna and also to the restaurant-lined lakeshore of Cadenabbia.
As well as the activities on offer in Menaggio and its hillside, guests are perfectly placed for reaching the famous villa attractions and the nearby pursuits of sailing, tree-top climbing, extreme sports, spa days, sea plane trips and skiing at the resorts of Piani di Bobbio, St Moritz and Madesimo.

Clean,well equipped accommodation with a private pool and parking.
The accommodation is a 30 minute walk from the town up a very steep hill.
Good directions to the accommodation from the owner but still hard to find especially in the dark.
Overall a great stay.

Thank you for a lovely holiday in a beautiful part of the world - this was my first time visiting Italy and it won't be the last.
The villa is lovely - but the sun lounger chairs are broken and held together with zip ties and I think you need more powerful fans in there with the lack of the air c...
