With its wealth of exposed beams and character charm, the smaller detached villa (known as Villa Il Castagno) offers an inviting interior in which to relax and socialise.
This villa features two stylish living rooms, one to the ground floor and the other to a mansard gallery floor above. Featuring a high beamed ceiling, ambient fireplace, soft leather sofa suite, an adjoining dining area and direct private garden access outside, the principal living area sets the scene for year-round entertaining! A music stereo, guitar and book collection are also on hand for guests’ amusement, whilst a spacious games room with table tennis and garden views offers the perfect year-round distraction. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped for stress-free stays; with all the must-have appliances to hand including an oven, cooker hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
French doors lead from the kitchen directly out to a sunny terrace.
Ideal for making the most of the mountainside scenery, guests can enjoy sitting out here with a morning coffee, an evening drink or a relaxed alfresco meal for 6. The sleeping accommodation ideally suits groups of 6, and comprises a spacious double bedroom with balcony access to the first floor and a large loft-style family room, which is furnished with a single bed, a second single bed with pull out option and two single sofa beds. Two spacious family bathrooms, each fitted with a bath tub, wash basin, WC and bidet can also be found to this holiday home. Reached in just a short stroll down the sloping garden, the second holiday home (known as Villa Betulla) effortlessly contrasts in style with the previous; to offer a chic contemporary retreat for groups of 10. The newly-built villa’s exterior is entirely clad with timber; with floor-to-ceiling glazing and carefully placed windows to make the most of the woodland mountain scenery.
Internally, no expense has been spared in making this beautiful home chic, practical and comfortable.
Its serene and sleek interior offers an inviting holiday haven in which family and corporate guests can enjoy quality moments together.
The retreat benefits from two beautiful reception rooms, with the principal offering a large open plan kitchen diner with sitting area and terrace access; ideal for entertaining. WIFI access is also on hand to this fabulous room, whilst all the must-have appliances are also to hand for carefree dining and entertaining. The chic, tranquil interior continues to delight, with a second reception room with floor-to-ceiling picture windows offering a contemporary twist on a traditional garden room.
Ideal for daytime relaxing, this beautifully-lit room allows guests to sit back and take in the views, relax with an informal breakfast or reach the sunny terrace outside, for year-round enjoyment. The expansive grounds feature a well-tended sunny lawn ideal for children to play on, a sunny large terrace with BBQ alfresco dining area and a gorgeous private outdoor swimming pool complemented by 6 modern sun loungers. Private parking also conveniently features onsite.
From its exclusive and serene holiday setting, the local amenities of the well-serviced mountain town of San Fedele Intelvi are within easy reach. Check in war super, unkompliziert. Die Häuser gut gelegen, schön mit dem Pool. Aber relativ weit weg von Como (der nächst grösseren Stadt).
Die Sauberkeit war alles andere als akzeptabel. Die Fussböden so schmutzig, dass die Kinder pechschwarze Füsse hatten. Die Kühlschränke waren schmutzig, es hatte diverse klebrige Rückstände auf den Tablaren. Es waren Käserückstände in den Schränken bei der Käseraffel, der Backofen stank, dass wir ih...

Great house with an amazing view! Perfect for family holidays, great garden and pool. 10-15 minutes to lago di como. Reccomandation: ristorante pizzeria Iris in San Fedele Intelvi and the gelateria dal 2000 next door!”
