Sehr schön und ruhig. Durch die Einfriedung mit automatischem Tor kann man Türen und Fenster auflassen. Küche gut benutzbar. Sieb, Schüssel und Salatschleuder vorhanden. Koch- und Brotmesser schneiden relativ gut, was selten ist. Insgesamt ist das Ferienhaus eine Ruhe-Oase.

Goed huisje, mooie ligging, maar doordat een Luik niet open kon was een deel van het huis niet bruikbaar; beloofde reparatie en schoonmaak van tuinmeubilair werden niet uitgevoerd. Internet alleen via het buurhuis ( dan traag, maar wel betrouwbaar), geen kanalen te vinden op dec(satelliet-) tv.

Casa in posizione molto riservata, manca purtroppo la vista mare. La casa è molto bella, potrebbero essere apportate delle migliorie come un secondo tavolino interno, più mobili, un divano letto disposto in posizione apribile, ecc. Carente l'isolamento termico che obbliga ad usare intensivamente il climatizzatore.
