The beautiful village Nea Iriklitsa is located close to the fine sandy beach, approx. 15km southwest of Kavala in the north of Greece.
The duplex house LITSA with its enclosed property is located in a small side street of the village, just a stroll away from the beach.
The well-kept three-storey holiday house LITSA (left half of the house) consists of the 1st and 2nd floor of the main building and the small granny annexe on the ground floor.
Access to the main building is via some stairs.
Adjoining to the living room on the first floor is the semi-open kitchen and the guest toilet.
From the living room you have access to a roofed front terrace.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and the shared bath.
One of the bedrooms has direct access to a private front terrace with a sea view.
The second bedroom has a small balcony to the rear.
In the ground floor of the holiday house, with own entrance, lies the granny apartment for 2 persons, developed in the year 2018.
It consists of an open living/bedroom with adjoining kitchenette and a bathroom.
In front of the apartment are a small terrace and the garden of the house.
This can be booked extra.
Directly at the beach of Nea Iraklitsa there are some nice Cafés, sunbeds, beach bars, taverns and shopping facilities.

Wir, drei Personen im Alter 50+, haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.Es war sauber und gepflegt, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden! Auch das Parken vor dem Haus war ohne Probleme möglich weil noch keine Ferienzeit in Griechenland war. Das Dorf selbst bietet nur am Hafen und ...

Gute Lage aber im Vergleich zu den Fotos ist die FeWo älter, insbesondere die Küche.
Die Ordnung ist nicht einwandfrei, man müsste die FeWo besser aufräumen u. abstauben. Ein paar unnützliche Gegenstände liegen herum und manche Schränke sind vollgestopft.
Schade, denn mit ein wenig verbesserten Leistungen wäre die FeWo fast ideal!
