Ideal for families or a group of 9, the home offers peace, privacy, and a beautiful natural setting. Just 2 km from the forest and the Lesse River, it's a perfect base for nature walks, canoeing, or simply unwinding. The villa features a private furnished garden and a terrace, great for outdoor dining or enjoying a barbecue on a sunny day. Inside, the open kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Cozy up around the wood stove or enjoy the warmth of central heating throughout.
Children are well catered for with a high chair, cot, and a recreation room complete with table tennis and table football. Bed linen payments must be made on arrival via cash or Belgian bank-to-bank app only (international bank transfers are not supported).

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 150,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.

Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

这个度假屋真的是很大很宽敞。我们在这里度过了相对舒适安静的假期。这里特别适合有正处在好动年龄段的孩子的家庭。度假屋里基本上有你需要的一切。但有一点很遗憾它没有洗衣机。一切都好就是有一些需要改进一下：楼下主卧的门坏了关不上；客厅用餐处的椅子都掉皮了，一坐上起身的时候总有一小块皮掉下来；很多杯子都有缺口了，喝水的时候真害怕划嘴；这个地方苍蝇很多（有可能是因为外面有马的缘故）不敢开窗，还好今年不是很热，如果能安装纱窗就更好了；卧室里的被子都结块了，根本盖不了，我们不得已自己又在超市买的薄被；来这里建议不要带自行车因为你根本不能骑,去任何地方都需要开车。当然这里开车几分钟就有超市。希望房主能换一下屋里的用品，这样就更完美了！

Prachtige vakantiewoning in rustige omgeving met veel leuke activiteiten in de buurt. De woning was erg schoon en alles wat we ons konden wensen was aanwezig. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad samen met onze 1-jarige dochter. Er was zelfs een speelkamer waar ze zich erg heeft kunnen vermaken! Wij komen zeker terug.
