For shared use: natural state property with lawn. Private: patio. In the house: storage room for bicycles. 150 m long motor access to the house (mountain road). 150 m footpath to the house. Public parking 150 m on the road. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Semione Cantonetto bus 132" 3.8 km, railway station "Biasca" 8 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, cable car 6 km. Nearby attractions: Museo della Valle di Blenio, Castelli di Bellinzona (UNESCO), Castello di Seravalle, Navone, Parco Tamaro, Splash & Spa Rivera, Ascona, Locarno, Ponte Tibetano, Monte Carasso. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Nara, Val Malvaglia, Pian d'Alpe, Pizzo Matro, Campo Blenio, Greina, Lucomagno.
